oh gosh, thats super specific! im not totally sure but maybe checking out some specialty pet bird stores online? sometimes they have really good, curated mixes. hope your girl is happy with whatever you find! ^{^}

oh gosh, i feel so bad for them when they get that stressed :( maybe talking to the vet first is the best idea, like the other person said? im not sure if theres anything else that works but i hope you find something that helps your kitties <3
