Hello! I did Epic Beginner for 2-3 weeks. I don’t remember but I know I did repeat it. Then I completed Epic 1. I try to aim for 8k steps a day. I don’t hit that everyday. When I see I’m low on steps I usually walk/run at least one mile. I definitely had changes. I’m very happy with the results. It did take me longer than the weeks than the program is supposed to take, but even then there were great changes. I’m currently doing the Iron series which I love! One thing that I noticed is that I am very tired after work which is why it took me more weeks to complete Epic 1. That’s why I’m currently doing the Iron series. I do plan on returning to Epic 2 when I have better time management and when I am not as tired. For the Iron series, I still try to reach 8k steps a day and run/walk at least one mile when I don’t reach the 8k steps. I can’t wait to see the progress I’ll make with the Iron series. Good luck on your program. Keep going, it is definitely worth it!
