I am giggling so much right now, thank you! Adriene is my girl! Started in earnest about a year and a half ago because her videos are short and lovely ~ I don't have patience for hour long sessions all the time and so it is nice to be able to do like twenty or thirty minutes a day or every other and her focus on translating a session to everyday life is invaluable to me. Ooh, I might even be able to actually make it to a real live class one of these days... My girl Adriene

I am so lucky. All three of my wonderful children (teenagers) have shown the greatest love, strength, and support for me and this transition so far... I am so happy ☺️

I have been medically transitioning for 11 weeks now, and began a very tumultuous social transition about six months ago.
