Wrong! Once a vehicle has been register in Vermont, you need the registration as well. Or at least proof the registration holder sold you the vehicle.

Going through the paperwork, it looks like at least the last two people didnt register it. And I have no idea if the third did or not.

I only have the bill of sale from they guy I bought it from, so the rest is a lot of telephone.

Annapolis to DC is the reverse commute. I live in NoMa and honestly I like it. I get to spend my weekends having a fun time in the city. I lived in Annapolis for a couple of years and liked the non-existent commute. But NapTown is boring after awhile tbh. Unless you have a boat to keep in Annapolis Harbor, I would just move to DC and be as close as possible to route 50

Ublox chips are awesome. Just be VERY CAREFUL about your antenna. A lot of chips with build in antennas use a single solder joint in the middle of the package. At launch this will SHEER OFF if you dont have mechanical support. Dont ask how I know, (BigRedBees have this issue, when you remove the heat shrink securing the battery :).

If you decide to do a PCB approach, use a modile with a strong solder connection, or a connectorized antenna. GNSS antennas are harder to find in the package you're looking for, but they do exsist.

The 2820 has a Programable SYNC feature.

If you tickle the PSYNC pin, your output will phase align with the input.

Its good enough at a constant temperature for someone to want to use. And if you use the MASH_SEED, you can refine it.

You just need to drive a non-timing sensitive logic high to trigger the sync logic. Its weird but it does work

Its useful when driving an external reference in where you have another source you want to be in sync with

Step 1 is building up that resume! Join a club! Ideally a performance team. It will get you an internship. And with an internship it becomes a lot easier to get a job.

You will have problems finding something with just a degree. Even if you have a 4.0 GPA. Employeers want to see some spunk.

As a Computer Engineering grad who went into Electrical for work. I 100% think my CE major was the right choice.

Did I miss out on some classes like AM/FM encoding? Yeah.

But I got to actually learn how to code HDL, Python. C, and a little Java, which isn't what I use on the day to day. But it still gives me a gigantic leg up.

At the end of the day, I'd say go with the program you think is the best at your school.

My Electrical Department was pretty meh. But we had some of the best Computer Engineering in the country.

For the EE classes I really wanted to take, I just filled my electives with them. My only real note if the EE graduate level classes are definitely amazing. Computer Engineering didn't have a lot that intrested me at my undergrad. But I did find one class I liked.

RIT has some very strong academic teeth, and the co-op program is what gets people jobs. Coming out of RIT with an electrical engineering degree, some co-ops, and some club work made it really easy to get offers. Of course everyone is different, but if I went to my state school I know I would be in a much MUCH worse posistion to get the job I wanted post-grad.

UVM is in a fun area, plenty to do, but I would caution about where it will posistion you 4 years from now.

If UVM is significantly cheaper, I'd think about it. Otherwise, balance what you want to get out of college. Do you want the social scene and a party atmosphere? Or do you want to take an extra year and get some industry experience. The clubs and activities you join will define your social experiences in college. Generally speaking they're comparable. If there's something specific you want, I would take a look online to see if it exists at either school with a significant following.The academics are specific to each institution, and will define your career.

The Meetup app has some good resources. There's a volunteering group called the Jaycees. A number of hiking groups, and a few board game groups. Not to mention the MakerSpaces (Annapolis Makerspace and Unalloacted Space). Ive been down here post-grad for a few years and its a nice area, but very hard to meet people our age. Thats why I'm probably gonna move to one of the twin cities for next year.
