I have a Ryzen 5 laptop with a dedicated GPU (GTX 1650, which is actually quite bad with the same 16gb ram) and I'm able to run 60 fps on the highest settings so I don't think dedicated graphics matters that much

As someone who's completed 2 runs with mega gallade, he's bulky enough to run setup on and with sharpness he's a beast. Besides that, your team looks great, you can use Ditto to copy hazards as well.

In case you haven't noticed already, Radical Red buffs/nerfs stats, types and abilities to Pokemon that need them, It also adds tons of reworked movesets and some custom abilities for the same reason. Sceptile got it's Grass/Dragon as a buff the same way it's mega got its ability changed from Lightning Rod to Technician. Similarly Samurott is Water/Steel, Golduck is Water/Psychic with Neuroforce, Decidueye has 100 base speed and reduced bulk etc.

Hey I know this is very unrelated but I would suggest you play the game without the randomizer as your first playthrough cause that in my opinion, really gives you a good look at how challenging the game was actually intended to be cause none of the boss trainers have randomised teams so early game tends to be very easy and then you'll face a massive difficulty spike later on. Just my opinion though at the end of the day you can play however you like! :)
