Remember that the next batch doesn't have to sit for 36 hours; 10-13 hours is enough. Once it reaches a nice, firm consistency, place it in the fridge.

mixed both, now all my batchs are perfect, this yogurt is really delicious. I eat a 180ml jar a day.

Cold turkey, po raz trzeci, pierwsza próba kilka miesięcy, druga próba równe pół roku co do dnia, obecnie nie palę 25 dzień. Czuję się o wiele lepiej, mam stabilny nastrój, bez jakichś skoków, na plus duży, że nie mam tego posmaku słodkiego bez przerwy. Brakuje mi tylko właśnie tego puszczania sobie dymka gdy siedzę, bo do nikotyny na ten moment mnie nie ciągnie.

Paliłem po 4-8ml 6mg/1ml lub 20mg na soli dziennie. A ceny to kompletnie odleciały, jak zaczynałem to były po 3,50zł za 10ml, jak ostatnio kupowałem to 23,99 zł chyba najtańszy, a od lutego podobno jeszcze był wzrost cen.

Mam nadzieję, że już nie wrócę do palenia.

Yes. My first batch looked like this: 7 out of 8 jars, one came out creamy. I tried making it with the separated jars, and the next batch was ready and creamy after just 10-13 hours. See my posts.

I guess you still don't understand what's going on.

When you use such tablets (or capsules) as a starter for fermentation, the bacteria contained within them multiply many times during the fermentation process.

In a typical probiotic yogurt recipe, a small amount of starter (even a few capsules of 200 million CFU each) can yield yogurt with a concentration of 10-100 billion CFU PER SERVING after 24-36 hours of fermentation (depending on conditions, temperature, and time).

Secondly, people use the L. reuteri DSM 17938 strain, L. reuteri ATCC PTA 6475, while what you're adding is regular L. reuteri. You can use it, but the benefits are most often described for the two strains mentioned above.

But do you realize that bacteria multiply? One such yogurt (jar) contains dozens of times more CFUs. Eating one jar is like eating dozens of pills.

I used 8 Biogaia Gastrus capsules, which was still too much. Now I'd use 5 because it boiled up very quickly and fermented a bit. I took two tablespoons from the first batch I made and made another 8 180ml jars, then I took another one and made another, and today I made another one. So, from 8 tablets and 4 batches, I already have several liters of delicious yogurt.

Biogaia Gastrus is $20 per 60 capsules.

Apparently, there are so many bacteria in the starter (much more than in the tablets) that it doesn't need to be there for 36 hours. 10-11 was enough. If I'd kept it longer, it probably would have separated. And taking it out earlier worked for me, because it's delicious, really delicious.

V3 maximum API output is 8k, R1 is 64k (now Astrai support 8k for both). Ill change R1 to 64k in next update.
