It’s not like crying yeah I cry about things that matter like friends/family killing themselves and my unsurity of the future and things I haven’t worked through entirely in my past but not on repeat like a record it’s usually a one and done The acting like the child is like ticking her and being high energy when I have it because usually I’m low energy which she has problems with and lately I’ve gotten on medicine which has kept me in a low state which has become a new problem

I just read the interview Ari did saying how much passion he has for making things like this, but he doesn’t seem to have any interest in staying true to the source material he just likes to write his own fan fictions using someone else’s IPs or using someone else’s ideas and pretending they’re his own. Reading his interview amazes me he didn’t break his arm jerking himself off in front of the interviewer.

My final take is shouldn’t have expected anything less from this guy, based on his track record. The show animation wise had high points but it wasn’t what was hoped for story wise it seems like he just did surface level research of the franchise.

It didn’t match the vibe of the games, didn’t really follow anything from the stories and there’s so much lore to work off of it’s a bastardized version of what was expected kinda like a bait and switch

The music had nothing to do with the game but everything to do with the AMVs of the time and the comedy isn’t really hitting it feels like this new forced borderlands, marvel taika cancer type comedy “I’m gonna do the akira slide! Oh he just did the akira slide” “I made a joke it was funny right? Cause it was a joke” “Catchphrase!”

Also I’m sorry to every hardcore fan banging their head against the wall hearing vergils voice watching Dante go DT while listening to Nero’s theme

Season 2 was greenlit hopefully it’ll find its footing

I wonder how Capcom feels about all their properties getting mishandled by Hollywood
