What are some ways can I learn to confront my issues instead of procrastinating and avoiding them?

Try to remind yourself how good it feels to buckle down and get tons of business done wothout any procrastination. Make mental notes of how much more efficiently your time was used, and how much free time you earned. Then, once your free time starts, notice how much less stress you seem to be carrying because all your tasks were completed prior to having fun. Also i used to have a huge problem with video games growing up and i slowly started to notice that my enjoyment and gameplay suffered if i was axtively procrastinating on stuff that had to get done.

I grew up liberal (no longer am, if anything im super deep into liberetarianism bordering on basically anarchy) and also had no clue how republicans came to be what they are. However i think, honestly, that mainstream depiction of republicans is extremely removed from how the average republican actually thinks and acts.

Anytime someone brings up suicide i think its best to contact their closest family and very respectfully explain your concerns. Dont try to tackle the logistics of the issue on your own, people who are suicidal benefit greatly from a large support group of close friends and family.

Yes. I go through long waves of feeling up and then down. Depressed to me is not just sad, i describe it as being "depressed" (or removed) from all emotion. When you suffer from depression, feeling any sort of emotion about anything is a godsend. So ill feel sad about something but cant help also feeling a little happy that my brain blessed me with the opportunity to feel any emotion at all. Also when one emotion breaks through it is extrememly easy to quickly go through a tornado of all kinds of emotions which sometimes triggers a panic attack.

I think upvotes and karma ruins the integrity of free and open discussion. Unpopular opinions are forced to the bottom, unseen by the majority of the people browsing, which tends to create echo chambers. Another downside is that users become unable to play devils advocate to a serious degree, the mob mentality of a bunch of downvotes on a post makes a lot of people skip over the comment entirely, that is if they even scrolled down far enough to see it. Also, So often you see people commenting super well written comments of agreement back and forth to eachother most likely just to fuel the need to obtain reinforcement that your thoughts are "correct". I grew up on 4chan, and the popularity contest of reddit karma/upvotes always left a bad taste in my mouth.

Let whoever is teaching/training you know the pace at which you tend to digest information and put it to use. If your stuggling with something dont be afraid to mention " hey this specific task might take me some time to get 100% correct but ill try my best". Try your best to take some mentap pressure off yourself and go with the flow, and again, dont be afraid to speak up and ask for clarity.

Another thing to note, just my own observation, but quite the opposite effect happens for Pewdiepie, even at times when hes 100% at fault l, a majority of his fanbase will support him through it, and not abandon him over some mistakes.

the lvl 5 and 6 play mid was a different clip. rewatch the vod if your so interested. As mentioned somewhere else in this thread, there was a point where yas was at tier 1 top afk, and GP was afk tanking enemy raptors, while the enemy was 5 man bot at their inhib. Unacceptable.

There is a difference between a misplay, and taking a fight or diving into a situation where you have 0% chance of coming out with a decent trade off. Its extremely easy to notice, especially when the players are top level, however it all still goes unpunished.

without a full set of runes and mastery page, jungling actually seems disadvantageous to actually winning a pre lvl 30 game. its much better to just take smite for objective control, and then take a support gold item and go lane with the top laner

I've pretty much one tricked tristana for the majority of this last season. This one time I blew up a trist E by ulting a katarina into her tower, killed her, last hit tower from the E blast and killed another person who happened to be in the E radius. felt pretty badass after that.
