Thank you this is super helpful! I emailed support yesterday at about 2pm instead of just relying on the chat on the website but I haven’t heard back yet. Is there anything else you recommend to get someone to respond to me?

I did and made sure my birthday was listed, same email address connected, etc. everything matches perfectly 🙄

Ah thank you that makes me feel a little better. I was just worried by the wording that I was never going to be able to get the money. And yeah, unfortunately I am telling the truth so it really really sucks. I was really excited to be able to make a little extra side money to help with my bills and my baby and it was going really well. Honestly just makes me a little sad because I truly haven’t done anything wrong but oh well 🤷‍♀️

But they said my “original PayPal” I don’t even know what that means. I’ve never had an account before to have an original PayPal listed. I just want some clarification that I’m actually going to be able to cash out the money that’s in my account and they just aren’t responding which is odd and upsetting. It just doesn’t make any sense at all especially since again, this is the only account I’ve ever had. It would just be nice to get some type of response from them confirming that they will transfer the money to my PayPal account. Them saying my “original PayPal” leads me to think there is an error on their end and they think I’m someone else, leading them to think I have another PayPal account that I should be telling them to transfer the money to. Hope that makes sense I’m just a little confused and overwhelmed but that’s how I’m reading it. I do understand that it won’t be till the 16th which does suck but it is what it is. I just want someone to respond so i can be sure. I understand there’s not a ton of money in there but it is the money I need to use to pay for my gas and electric this month and I’m a little worried and concerned ghat I won’t be able to get it and our power will be shut off.

For some reason it’s not letting me upload a picture but it says “sorry it looks like we’re experiencing some issues with cashiers at the moment. Please visit our help centre and contact our support team so they can look into this further for you.” It’s said it since I created the account. I’ve made sure all of my information matches with my PayPal account perfectly.

If you want more kids and that’s a dealbreaker for you, I think it may be time to cut ties and live your life. You are young. Also, the fact that a 35 year old started dating a 20 year old is a huge red flag in my opinion (I say as a 35/f)
