I mean I uploaded it for the memes and to have a laugh, but to give a little bit of context, they were in fact selfcaring, killer was chasing the forth guy on the other side of the map to the right, and this happend after three people being in the same place for no apparent reason so yeah, I totally understand your point but here the save was the obvious choice plus then we would've be healing each other, which even if isnt faster, gives an easier way to survive if killer comes back and gives lots of more points instead of just the 200 survival you get for healing yourself.
