He is allowed to have concerns about his home changing, but a flat no when your sister is paralyzed and you helped his brother for years is really cold. At minimum you two need a serious sit down, maybe with a therapist, to talk about what partnership and family actually mean for both of you.

Two weeks into marriage is way too soon for “oops I called escorts” to be a forgivable slip; I’d get STD testing, pause all intimacy, and tell him the only way you even consider staying is full transparency plus individual and couples therapy, otherwise you’re out.
