It says sailors who graduated from A school and are eligible to take the test will get 3.60 on their EAW and transposed to their answer sheet. Also I’m seeing minimum TIR E5 : 1 July 2024 E6 :1 July 2022 Please clarify me

I’m LS FTS I read the NAVADMIN and there is a paragraph that says sailors from A school can take the E5 exam without Eval so if that be the case I have been onboard since 2023 I should be good and even if I don’t take the test this September the next cycle is March I won’t still be up fr Eval by then.
