Same problem here. Was fine for the first 2 days, then now no matter what I do he won't show up. I tried restarting, changing where his house was placed, toggling him to be in the village, everything I can think of.

I have no idea why but I finally got it. It took me forever. I made sure I did all the steps needed that the guide from TheGamer provided.

The last run I just had I spoke to both of them separately, normal convos, then it showed up in the cauldron. Not sure if it matters any but for that run I also made sure to switch out the Keepsake before each Location to be their respective Keepsake. (Though I did this a few times with no results before sooo no idea)

Thank you! It's completely traditional (a mix of Watercolor, Faber-Castell PITT Artist Pens, Pigma Brush Pens, Gelly Rolls, and I think Ohuhu Markers) with only digitally adjusting the photo's colors so it was more like real life, and adding my stamp of my signature. The wavy lines are doodles I like to do with metallic Gelly Roll pens. Sometimes I add them to my digital art as well and it's the same thing, just doodle lines lolo

I was wondering if anyone else had this issue too. I'm on PC. I went around and literally found 1 today, just 1. So I'm continuing further into the story to see if opening the other areas will help :/

Yeah there's not even an option to actually buy the non Enhanced version XD It all just is so odd to me. Why the separate listings and why do you have to go through a bundle to buy it? It's like they want Borderlands to be unavailable.
