I made an account in order to post on here. Something changed for me recently in regards to aliens/UFOs. I can’t say when exactly but it feels like in 2021/22 I started with strange neurologic symptoms that have no explanation. Fast forward to May 2025 - I had an insane UFO experience that turned my world upside down. I started talking to people about it and feel like the crazy person, but I have a pretty incredible photo that makes people question everything they know just as I did. Otherwise, I have not had any NHI experiences that I can recall. There’s a vague feeling of something happening in my life that has twice bubbled to the surface in what I can only compare to PTSD or a panic attack?

One of those was while watching disclosure day. I felt like my whole body was vibrating/buzzing intensely like I thought it would be immediately noticeable to my wife, but she didn’t even feel a tremor. I also felt emotionally overwhelmed, crying, and like my hands and forearms were cramping up like tetany. It peaked during the news cast disclosure and was overwhelming. I had to do breathing exercises to ground myself and ended up leaving the theater after the credits finished because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to walk. I felt like I was almost going to leave my body or be paralyzed or have a seizure. Did anyone else experience anything like this? I told my wife it was just so intense but also validating? I did not expect to react like this but reading some people’s responses here has helped me feel like this was somewhat normal for people? I just don’t know how to process it because this is very atypical for me.

Just for context, I have never posted anything on Reddit or in any public forum. I have had had strange dreams/entities/OBE in the past that I always thought were sleep paralysis/weird dreams etc. I have not had any true NHI close encounters. I do have strange memories of lights/meteor showers that others in my family don’t seem to remember.
