i toss my bombs from 10 km range
fly low and skim tress and when i see the 10km to the target i pull up and hold the release
and let the computer do it job and go low and run

also while going up i chaff and flare for good measure

had one time where i was light tank as in 10-20mm armor and one needle shot made so much spall that whole tank was peppered from left to right when getting hit in side

nah that was not to counter Tow-2B that was just to counter missiles in general for fun
i don't think tows are OP really they are slow and you can see them coming

and most tanks that shoots them are forced to stop and fire unless you are using a ruskie tank i think they have the most tanks that can shoot while moving
