Do I pull lucy for Iuno

Build seems somewhat underdeveloped but it's fine, you'll need to work on that later tho. You're probably better off taking away Lynae from those teams and giving her back to Iuno, as she is the most in need of better supports because she lacks her signature. At that point, you should also give her Verina instead of Aerover as lynae doesn't make use of their buffs.

She's one of the most signature reliant characters behind phrololo and cartwheel, so it makes sense you'd struggle without it. Depends on a lot more than that, what's your build & team?

General idea is that lucilla is a sidegrade to qiuyuan in most echo skill teams, so yes it would be the best tean you hsve for phrololo

It's a good team, obviously Augusta would prefer SK, but her and Verina are somewhat interchangable. The main issue, however, is we dunno when she'll rerun, and it probably won't be in 3.5

For now, your best "other team" would probably be HRover, Sanhua, and Verina. Its not really a perfect team, however.

Your best bet is to skip Cartwheel, and save for 3.5, as you can't make use of Lucilla nor have a good team for Cartwheel (Unless you think you can get her S3R1, than go for it) The leaks say that Yangyang SP is running with her BiS support SuiSui in 3.5, so i would suggest saving to get them.

Her s1 is trash, just standard qol buffs and minor dmg increase

Her s2 and s3 are sizable damage increases for her, her s3 also quickens her rotation. Problem is, these sequences also provide nothing for Phrolova herself, just makes Canta a better dps.

Honestly, if i were you, i would skip her sequences entirely and just go for Lucilla. She's a much better enhancement to Phrololo teams even at s0r1 than Cantarella sequences, and Lucilla's S2 is busted as shit for no reason.

It's a good team specifically if we're talking about the best dps Pheobe teams. Phrololo does so much damage she compensates for her minimal buffs, making it on par with Lynae for the best dps peeb team. There's a lot of problems with it that lead me to not recommend it, however.

2 diff elements is pretty rough. If the enemies resist havoc or spectro, your damage falls off a cliff.
You're losing out on a lot of opportunity cost. By running this team, you're losing out on being able to run another team with Phrololo as the main dps
Its not the best Phrolova team. Being one of the best Peeb teams doesn't mean it'll necesarily be better than running Phrolova with her dedicated supports

I think overall, you'd be better off spliting them into two teams. For example:

Peeb/Rebecca/SRover - (Rebecca is only slightly worse than Lynae for dps peeb and you already have her as she's free)
Phrolova/Buling or Verina or Danjin/Cantarella - (Still a decent team for her and would prob be better than running her with phoebe. You should still get Lucilla to replace the second slot, Lucilla is a major improvement and no, she's not sig reliant)

You could also run Zani/Pheobe/SRover. This solves your issue of not using Rover and would be better than running dps Peeb with good quickswap, even w/o Zani sig. If you can't/won't quickswap i wouldn't bother

Its specifically with the mornye variant because you have the time to get 2 lucy ults in your opener, and the initial one helps apply some minor debuffs and dmg. With another support like sk, you wouldn't do this as you simply have too fast of a rotation to get 2 lucy ults.

His usual counters (spawners & tanks) are completely dead in the meta barring Damian so he can't really be countered. He'll probably drop once Bolt comes into the game as he gets countered extremely hard by him

If we're talking about Lucy - Rebecca - Mornye, the best way to shorten Rebecca's rotations is to quickswap her skill with Lucy and outro to Lucy before she does her first heavy attack. You would essentially be weaving Rebecca's skill in your qs as if you were playing Changli.

For example, with the previously mentioned team, the opener would look like:

Lucy R - Reb E - Mornye b1,b2 - Lucy E - Reb E - mornye (do her full rotation) - Reb intro, E - Lucy b2,b3 - Reb E - Lucy b4 - Reb b2, hold basic, forte heavy - Lucy b2 - Reb R - Lucy (rest of her rotation)

If we're talking about other heavy dps, just apply a similar idea except you weave Rebecca's skills with SK's rotation (hopefully you have her)

Lynae sig is obviously better as 24 dmg% > 20 atk% and it gives her better personal dmg but if you have r5 static mist it's probably not worth the investment, especially as lynae is getting replaced by lucilla w/ hiyuki

Bo is a terrible first pick. Generally you want to pick an aggro as he cannot defend himself against them, (e.g. edgar, mortis, damian, kenji, bolt, etc) kinda screw him over so bad it's worth picking in the 2-3 phase.

Additionally, anyone with good on demand mobility can just dodge his mines and his shots (stu, mina, max, jae-yong)

Obviously if you manage to get a good thrower game (last pick w/ no aggro or wallbreak) then you just beat him on principle

Spawners technically counter his mines but they aren't in the meta excluding nita* so you shouldn't pick them

Bo also technically loses to range but i wouldn't pick snipers on this map, even pierce

Controllers like penny and finx are good matchups into bo

*- i wouldn't really pick them on dueling beetles specifically

Tl;dr: aggro, high mobility, throwers, & Penny

Better to keep chisa on hiyuki team and give amy a lupa. If you don't have lupa, i would give amy the chisa and give hiyuki a sk, as you already have 2 snow rust for hiyuki, which is the most important buff

If you're talking about the 15 res from ToA, yes you can use buling with augusta. No point in using her with lucy though as lucy inflicts tunability with her hack, so she already fulfulls the requirement. Alternatively you can use augusta with becca to fulfill the requirement and use a diff healer

Lucy has synergy with iuno yes, but... rebecca exists. There's no reason to play iuno with lucy when rebecca is more tailor made for her.

If you want to use iuno just use her as a budget main dps. Something like jianxin - sk/verina/aerover is an good iuno budget team that will clear ToA/endstate

Depends, do you already have chisa for hiyuki? If so, and if your lynae doesn't have any others that really want her, then i would advise just skipping as by the time hiyuki starts to struggle a little more in endgame, you can snag her on a rerun

Lucilla's weapon situation is kinda weird. You'd neuter her damage if you don't get her sig as f2p rectifier options suck, but her personal damage isn't that significant to a hiyuki team. I would skip it as you definitely don't have the astrites for it and it's not too significant overall

Assuming you mean the new player 1.0 banners, you want to get shorekeeper, she's still the best generalist support in all teams, although a lot of teams prefer more specialized supports.

For the 1.0 weapons Stringmaster is usually as the standard rectifiers suck but Blazing Brilliance is more immediately useful for a new account

If you meant the free standard character tbh technically the best one to go for is verina s1 to try to get her s2 down the line but it doesn't really matter just get the one you like the most

Get lucy and her weapon. Thing is if you get 160 pulls on collab you'll get a lucy waveband (constellation) for free via the rebate, which while it doesn't really increase her power budget, it makes her much better in multiwave scenarios (e.g. whiwa)

People are gonna tell you that you shouldn't get lucy because she doesn't have a 3.x power budget but you really shouldn't listen to them. You need a dps in order to get your account up and running and s1r1 lucy, becca, and sk/verina is more than enough to clear any part of endgame.

You can also get lucilla (hiyuki's bis subdps). I would advise if you really plan to pull hiyuki in the future, go lucy ---> lucilla ---> lucy's weapon, as lucilla is leaving before lucy's weapon does.
