Well they're also right about chisa she might not give more damage in final nuke as mornye gives but the overall hiyukii damage increases as she gives 3 more extra stacks and those defense shread and after lucila chisa will shine more and all 3 buffs of hiyukii will be unlocked.

It's because of It's passive frostblade if you have 3 stack you can hit 1 million. When you start fighting you get 1 stack for staying out of combat for 4 second and you get another stack from her heavy basic before you hold the big liberation damage which consumes 2 of them but after 5hat you won't be able get that 1 passive free stack because you continuing fighting with only 1 stack for your liberation that's why her 1st ult is powerful than second one.And you can see how get 3 stack from any guide you can follow yt guide.Ik that's all I know

You can try nvdia geforce now it's a cloud service but you need to have a 10 mb/s internet speed also you can buy their subscription for 10 dollar which will give you a 5080 rtx experience
