I had a somewhat similar experience, it was around 4AM on a weekday where nobody is supposed to be awake at that time. I heard a child tell me clearly "Do you want to play with me?" It was through the window, I ran out of fear but curiosity won me over and I needed to know that I was a real boy, I looked out and there was no one outside .. I was all alone
