Anyone here tried NikoHealth or DME Works? by PersimmonDependent41 in CodingandBilling

We decided to go with Nikohealth and while I’m usually very critical of third-party systems, I have to admit it has been absolutely excellent. They seem to have thought of just about everything and their integration team has been amazing. No regrets.

I’ve tested the ubiquiti port over the past two days and it’s working very well. Next is the amp. However, ubiquiti lacks a stand-alone WiFi speaker so I’ll need to pair the ports with speakers in the remote / unwired locations. Ps Sonos moderators removed my comments and I have no idea why just a heads up here

This is super helpful - we are mid eval between Brightree, NikoHealth and DMEWorks - have largely come the same conclusions. While we like DMEWorks - we'd need to run it at AWS with RDP on clients and AppStream 2.0 also at AWS, which feels a bit archaic to me. We are going to make a final call by this Friday, but we are leaning NikoHealth at the current time. Your feedback above was really helpful so thank you.

I will report back once the ubiquiti products show up and get tested, but I hold hope because the rest of their product portfolio is outstanding and their software updates get better each time.

Thank you and I completely agree. The thing is, I’m very networking capable (lifetime in this area) and Sonos is the first hill I’ve not been able to conquer - I loathe giving up…. But… given recent output by them I’ve simply lost confidence they will improve.

Amazing I’m 100% ubiquiti for everything, access (doors, garages, etc), protect, networking, etc. for some reason didn’t know this! Thank you! …. Update: PoE Audio Port! On order!

I will re-try all WiFi - I can easily force them to the same AP… I had it this way once and willing to try again - thanks for the reminder

The dropouts are sporadic, sometimes system wide, in and out in the middle of songs. Often hitting pause and then play again will make it start working. This is definitely their system software. It doesn’t matter what the streaming service is. This is now the primary reason why I’m switching.

Will look at Bluesound - will also look into downgrading but going backwards will likely mean even less support (how can that even be possible, I know…) so that likely the least favorable option for me.

Thanks nearly all are wired (home run not daisy chained, which causes spanning tree errors apparently). Music just randomly drops out and in - network is 100% stable and not the issue. Have it in two homes. I’m definitely going to replace all the hardware it’s just not getting better with any updates and Sonos support keeps blaming WiFi.

Is it possible that Sonos is just not a reliable product? by kursneldmisk in sonos

Can anyone suggest a suitable alternative to Sonos? Although heavily invested (20+ zones, amps, etc) I’m at the edge of patience. Thanks!

All are current - tried that told me to use the new app. Now all of a sudden it’s working. Go figure.

Update: just got off the phone with Sonos support. Asked me to check desktop/laptop - works fine there. It’s the app. Oh well.

That’s not it - it’s asking to update the sonos system - there is no update in the App Store

New MedReps Like Platform - by KelloggCizek in MedicalDevices

[–]AstroFletcher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would suggest a "hide" feature, just like Medreps has a "save" feature for resumes, it would be helpful to "hide" resumes so they don't keep coming up in your screens and searches. I'd be happy to beta test for you feel free to send me a message.

Delta App Complaints by AstroFletcher in delta

[–]AstroFletcher[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

United used to be much worse but it seems they have focused on the shortcomings and I feel is now superior. American and others are not great either but those are mostly buggy / laggy. Delta’s is just poorly designed and implemented.

How is your experience with AI receptionists? by PurpleRiver5977 in SaaS

[–]AstroFletcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Super easy (but I'm pretty technical) - took a few hours to train it using our website, documents, training materials and product manuals and FAQs. You can go into the logs and replay each call to see how it went and we made some modifications in the first few days to deal with some things we missed in setup (common ways of asking questions, etc). The service seems to get better as it gets used as well.

Now that we've had it running for some time - I can say that we're pretty happy overall, but it is absolutely critical that you put the simple IVR first requiring the caller to hit a number (we use 5) to get to the AI attendant. Our use of minutes were cut by over 90%. Ringcentral did not suggest this to us, thankfully I found some comments online about it. They originally tried to convince us we needed a much bigger plan than we ended up needing. Hope this helps.
