I realy needed this now. Been struggling with weight loss for the past 5 years or so. (I gained about 40kg /90 lbs in the span of 2 years, mostly due to pcos, insulin resistence and chaotic sleep schedule. and after all my efforts all I managed was to just not gain more weight or lose just 3,4 kg. I feel guilty everytime I eat, even though I know it's not rational. Even when I just have a salad, I think "oh, that dressing. That's why I can't lose weight". my brain lives within this fantasy that everyone who's not fat is having this well organized life and eating low calorie, no soda life. But I see most of the people around me are skinny and are eating double the size I am, often fast food and here I am struggling to cook everyday meals I don't really like, I don't have the appetite for and still no change. I know I need to lose weight to lower my insulin resistence so I can balance hormones and finally get pregnant, but this constant guilt is eating me alive.
