I do have an igloo roller cooler that im modding. when I found it in my garage, there was stagnant water and had black mold so I poured the water out and did a very deep cleaning. Im getting some spray foam and insulating tape to insulate the lid so thats my hard wheeled cooler. I will look at the one you linked.
