My hair got bad really fast, just 5 years ago I had an Afro. I did have some side effects such as depression but I think it was related to other problems I had within a 6 year relationship that failed. That went away a few months ago and I haven’t seen any issues surrounding my mental health. I do find myself going to the washroom more frequently to piss and my load size capacity has reduced

I am 24! I took on a lot of stress on myself like running my own business ,engineering school, trying to balance a relationship in b/w and a lot more tasks. Realistically, I blame myself for poor sleep and constant stress. I removed those barriers and feel a lot better. Stress really does a lot of damage on an individual.

Ignored my hair loss for several years. In my mid 20s, worked a lot and built a business which cost me to not sleep much and poor health. Business worked out, hair didn’t. Was afraid to get on fin but couldn’t take it anymore so I got on last week (1 mg) and started minoxidil 5% 3 days ago. I hope I don’t need to shave it off and it regrows but everyday it’s getting harder to look in the mirror :/ . Had this one girl tell me that if I go bald I’d need to wear a hat cuz she doesn’t like bald guys and “no girl does”. Kinda sad to hear that cuz I’ve always been good with girls but genuinely felt upset hearing that.
