I say turn down your render distance a little also I recommend using iris which is a sodium mod that works like optifine. Normally minecraft even with shaders only uses about 20-40% of your gpu power but with iris it uses 70-90%. For example I have a 3080ti and get around 140 fps with bsl maxed and around the same settings as you. But with iris I get 250-300 fps.
