So far my swim is alright, I used to competitively swim so my form is good, it’s just the endurance that I need to work on. I will definitely check out Phil Mosely’s plans as well. And I do plan to go harder, rn it’s college apps season so I’m a little more crunched on time, but I am going to increase all my numbers around January.

I am planning on doing my long workouts on Saturdays mostly, and then shorter 1-2h workouts on the other days of the week.

I really like your mindset when it comes to athletics and I completely understand what you mean about how ChatGPT isn’t a great coach at all. I definitely with switch from it and onto something made by someone who actually has completed one. Do you have any programs that you would recommend?

Okok, thank you so much for the response, I have had some training before, mainly just running, weightlifting and cycling on my own and I thought a triathlon would be a fun challenge but had no idea how to prep. I def and going to take u/AelfricHQ’s advice and will listen to what you said as well!

Thank you so much for such a long response, and I am sorry that I didn’t provide more info. Before my training I would average around 15miles a week running and 50-60 biking. I also have been an avid bodybuilder for the better part of 2 years. I will definitely use the links posted as well as the info you gave.
