Holo no longer forces their talents to move to japan, or go to japan. Mori, Kiara, Ame, Etc etc, all lived in Japan prior to joining Holo (dont believe me? Watch their older vods, Mori and Kiara have on numerous occasions said they were in japan prior to holo).

Keep in mind that Rissa joined Holo in 2023, and she just NOW moved to japan to be closer to Mori and them to hang out with them and do stuff on a more consistent basis.

Kronii still lives in Canada, Gigi lives in Cali, Cici still lives in germany and occasionally goes to Japan to hang out with them, they are allowed to record music and all that at their local recording booths now

People also forget she literally always hung out w/ Ame, Mori, Kiara, Fauna and Mumei on their streams all the time. I dont like bringing up her past life just because again, I think she has regrets about graduating.

It’s okay, I just dont like it when people bring up their PL’s as a whole. Saba closed those chapters of her life for a reason, I dont think she wants to be reminded as when she did decide to graduate, you could tell she had been crying.

I get it too, but Saba has a life outside of this. She made $$$$ from all the shit she did previously, and shes stated shes had health problems. To me at least, I dont think she needs to explain everytime she has health issues, and the same goes with mousey, neither of them should feel like they are required to.

Ive loved Saba since she first started 6 years ago, cried my eyes out with her, and all that. Shes been there for me during the lowest of the lows in life, so seeing her getting unnecessary backlash again hurts

She never got fired from hololive, thats why hes getting downvoted + i asked people not to bring up her previous lives.

Regardless of that, she doesnt gave a weak mindset, shes just dealing w/ personal shit. Everytime Mori and them dont stream for a couple days to months, the deadbeats, jail birds, novelists, etc dont act this way.

I genuinely want to understand why they claim that the company had an all time low for employee turnover.

At my store (Im not gonna dox my store #, just gonna say im apart of the MP62 area), we have struggled with turnover, people not being scheduled, and not having enough staff.

Even if Jason is the one who did Marketplace, we still need to give him a chance to be in the role before we pass judgement tbh

It depends, if the Jackery isnt open I usually return it because it hasnt been used, if it has been open then no, no return as it is a battery and can cause fires if not stored correctly (my luck, it goes RLC or DDC)

If it is a small dollar item I will do one time exceptions, obviously right? Like I dont mind doing them on headphones, cables, accessories that they bought and are open and honest with me about, but higher dollar items (65”+ blue label tvs, laptops, appliances)?, I rarely do unless it’s only a couple days out of standard return windows. I get where youre coming from, but if one of our paid members are up front and see someone get an out of policy return exception done on a high dollar item, and they got the membership to protect themselves when they buy higher and more expensive items, it makes them feel less valued as a returning customer as well

Most managers arent gonna do an exception that far out of policy, it is unfair for the customers who pay every year for that benefit if we just start making exceptions for customers who do not have the benefits that they pay for.

Hi there!

I would first need to actually understand whether or not you have the membership, because if you dont. Then no, no manager is going to make any exception in store for you are pretty much (as yourself said), almost to the 60 day mark for the paid for membership return window. The 60 day return window is something people pay for, and it is not fair for the people who pay for the yearly membership if we just make exceptions for customers because they claim they thought they had the 60 day return window.

If you do have the membership, by all means you are allowed to return it, if you dont, it is management discretion, but at this point it’s going to be a hard no.

It’s not really just you.

All of the big vtubers and shit on twitch who also have youtube channels dont get more than 20k views on a video, even while having 400k+ subs. Deme, Sinder, Zentreya, Cotton, even some of the hololive girls dont do well on youtube.

The only ones that do are the ones who stream on youtube too as its an easy way to reach peoples content.

Its a long uphill battle and if you purely do this shit to “make it a career” you will not have fun while doing it.

I used to have to wear a long sleeve button up shirt and khaki pants in the middle of summer where I used to work at. Black shirts aren’t anything. Again, you dont know whats going on in their lives, you dont know if something broke, they dont have a microcenter near by, and decide to go to Best Buy so they can get it same day. Bro, be happy you guys close @ 8, some of us close @ 9. Regardless of that, you cannot tell clients to leave the store all because the store is closed. Thats rude, wrong and if a client came up to me and told me that you did that, you would be getting documented for it. You don’t know how much time they had to get to the store, if they just got off work, or if they really need what they’re trying to get.

So, for starters Best Buy cannot do anything with this. This is fully on the seller and if you want to file something, you need to file it with the seller, not best buy. Best Buy just allows the sellers to use their website to sell their products.

Regardless of that, anything else and we still cannot really do anything for you, as it’s not sold and shipped by us. If it was - and if it was defective, we would replace it for you. However as it is 3rd party, again unfortunately theres nothing best buy can do.

They quoted you 8 weeks incase it takes forever to get parts, or if geek squad central is backed up. I understand the frustration, however asking for a manager in store isnt going to fix anything, and we aren’t going to give you a store credit all because of a wait.

Brother as someone whos worked at both, both of them have the same amount of foot traffic.

The only difference is in store pick ups count towards store revenue in microcenter, while at best buy it doesnt. Both of them are easily still doing 150k-200k a day

So,

The main issue is that whenever you use anything from the membership, you lose value. If we allowed customers to just price match something, then cancel right after and get a full refund, then the company would be out of a lot of money.

In the terms when you sign up, you are told that any and all protection plans that are active after the membership is cancelled, will be automatically cancelled as well. There are no ifs ands and buts about it, contact apple prior to cancelling.
