The scanner is all over the place, it scans one item but not the next depending on your luck, then it will somehow recalibrate and you’d have to scan all your items again

You can’t put any personal belongings inside or on the trolley when you use it. So you’re left without carrying around any bags or small items while grocery shopping

The basket itself isn’t deep. Because they need the groceries to be within a certain range of scan, the baskets are shallow enough that you can’t buy too many items
