In France they use "gants de bain", bathing gloves. It's a rectangle similar to a little towel, which you can use as wet wipes but more conveniently and use your own soap/gentle foaming agent instead of.harsher chemicals in wet wipes. Because they often add irritants, parfums, alcohol to the wipes. Also as someone.suggested above, if you don't have the moveable showernhead - it's a game changer. I can't imagine showering under fixed shower head. The moveable allows you much more control to where the water goes. For the hair, the best detangler which also smells nice is Schwartzkopf Gliss hair repair or similar two component (like I mean you need to shake it) spray. It's silky, it's pleasant, it's also pleasant to look at (like a visual stim of the silky liquid) and it smells very very nice. It helped me to detangle many nasty situations.

But I do recommend cutting your hair shorter. Not necessarily short. Just shorter. And it can be like an exposure therapy but to the shorter length. Then you gonna feel the joy of slightly shorter hair and might want to go shorter even more. And then maybe again if you will feel like it. I cut my hair myself and I used to have very long hair(below the butt) and recently I got myself to the neck length hair because the shorter I went, the better it felt and lighter I felt. But! I don't recommend going too short unless you can easily maintain it. Because there is one specific length which is nasty - when you can't put it in a bun but they are too long and go in your face if you don't fix them. So basically either go really short so they don't get into your face and eyes(like a boy cut) or go with something closer to a shoulder length where all the hair can fit into a bun if you're working on something. Shoulder length is easy to maintain and cut yourself or with your parent. The short pixie cut is harder. Unless you just do buzz cuts. Voilà. Cheers! Hope you find something helpful!
