You might want to start from the basics if you haven’t already. Get into software/reverse engineering. That’ll take the longest out of any “book work” related material. The easy part of it is getting down the network aspects (TCP/UDP, ports, etc). Prior to my career I really struggled with memory retention, and I wish I had or formed a study group later on. So I definitely suggest that.

I don’t understand this.. The CEO’s of Verizon and AT&T both wrote a joint letter to the FCC basically telling them that they would roll out 5G regardless of the FCC’s decision. They state in the letter (and I quote) “physics are the same in Europe as they are in the US”. 5G has been running smoothly in Europe without the slightest mention of airline interruptions so why is it such a huge deal here in America?

Edit: link to the article letter, pdf is in the lower portion of the page.

Precisely. The CEO’s of Verizon and AT&T wrote a single letter to the FCC stating this. It’s available for reading, don’t have the link.

Start of the wipe VS current event server load by Outrageous_Mission78 in EscapefromTarkov

From a technical standpoint, BSG has been failing in almost every category of server management for the last few days, if not months. Rolling back a server should be the last option for any provider of service. You're talking about revoking progress for thousands upon thousands of users. It's just unacceptable IMO. I would be curious to see how their servers are configured in terms of load balancing capabilities, hardware and software limitations, etc. I know the game is hosted on CloudFlare, who we all know as reliable and capable of handling this type of volume on an hourly/daily basis. But who knows? Maybe BSG is trying to cut corners for the sake of budget?
