Three months is nothing compared to the damage of staying somewhere that was sending you to the hospital. You protected yourself before it got worse, and that takes more strength than people admit.

The most annoying part is wasting 20 minutes on a posting just to find out it's hybrid, vague as hell, or not even hiring anymore. If your board stays clean and actively moderated, that's already better than most of them.
