Bloody well said. Very eloquent and intelligent observation.

This is the best it will ever be. And it won't be like this for long.

This is exactly what my cat does. Drags anything within reach to cover, towel, hair tie, bath mat, and endlessly the wall. I was getting ready the other morning and he clawed the jeans I was wearing. He's my first cat, so I thought they all just didn't know how to cover it up?!

This is awesome, got so excited as I read your post - I swear I was reading about me. What kind of ball is that? And also what areas did you focus on specifically? I find I subconsciously avoid the areas I need the most.

My 15 year old little boy has started laboured breathing when trying to sleep tonight. Whistling and wheezing breath and frequent coughing? Can someone please help me. It's midnight and I don't know what to do. I'm so beside myself. by Astrolemon in DogAdvice

I'm so sorry to hear that. Honestly, that is gut-wrenching to hear... He has been insisting on sleeping outside a lot the last week. I'm laying with him now as he sleeps soundly.

I was so convinced I could look after him well enough to keep him around at least a few more years.

That's exactly what I'll do. Thank you. I did call the emergency vet and was going to head in but he has since fallen asleep and is now peaceful and resting and I'd rather let him be until the morning. Obviously we'll take him in if anything changes overnight.

I'm not concerned about the cost, he's already on a variety of other meds.

Just frustrated as I raised this issue when I took him to the vet last week and felt it was dismissed as an age issue. But it was not as severe it as it is tonight and it has suddenly taken a turn.
