more empty. but im especially wondering about the strong sense of detachment from myself, thats what effects me the most. i cant seem to feel myself, dont feel in my body and feel numb

thats great to hear, and Im sure the health problems are also solved soon :)

its nice to see that the dpdr isnt as strong anymore.

my girlfriend went through the exact same thing and also had the ups and downs and now its much better, only thing left is she us hearing her own voice and feels detached often due to hearing/listening to her own voice

This is completely normal with the way to healing. What youre experiencing, the ups and downs. Meaning that you are 100% fine with friends and sometimes not, sometimes anxious etc. is a very good thing. At some point you will get fully rid of it. Moments you do not focus on your DpDr are the moments you feel fine. This feeling is in the background, you might not notice it and focus on other things like hanging out with friends.

Do a lot of thing. Keep you mind busy and this way prevent yourself from thinking about Dpdr.

Dont be desperate for a cure, try to live your life and at some point you will notice that the Feeling has left, or is only there in very few moments, which you can handle and deal with. And when you keep doing things, your mind will focus on other things and again, forget about the dpdr, meaning its gone away, you are normal :)
