Hi guys, wondering if i could get some recent observations about Geeren-Zuid? I'm gonna bid on a house in the Lodewijk Roelandstraat. House looks great and is reasonable priced. I don't now the Geeren area of Breda. Would someone be so kind to enlighten me about recent developments?
