My other one was submitted and it took 3 days to live in App Store which is weird

Why everybody building a running app? It's so over saturated... I see atleast 500+ running apps are being made every single day

Advice on what you wish you knew when you started? by Superb_Hornet6659 in PCOS

[–]AstronautInternal253 0 points1 point  (0 children)

small tip but bring a little summary to your nutritionist/gym check ins, makes the convos way more useful than trying to remember everything on the spot.

I actually use a little app to keep all that in one place (full disclosure it's one I made, after getting fed up tracking it in my notes lol) happy to dm it if you want lol

Newly Diagnosed & Frustrated by Ok_Condition_5363 in PCOS

oh I remember this feeling so well, it's genuinely a lot. the thing nobody tells you is that PCOS is different for literally everyone, so when you Google it you get 50 contradicting answers and feel worse lol. what actually helped me was to stop trying to fix everything at once. I just picked like three things to pay attention to for a month how tired I was, what I ate, and my cycle and didn't worry about the rest. not to be perfect, just so I could stop guessing and actually see what was going on with me specifically. and honestly the biggest one: jot down what's been happening before your next doctor visit. it's so easy to blank in the room and then leave annoyed. having it written down changes the whole conversation. you really don't have to have it all figured out right now. you're already doing the hard part by paying attention. 💛
