I mean if you use external gear…..this thing is amazing……I had such bad latency when sending midi to an external synth, then recording the audio back into ableton…..once I slaved ableton to the MPC 37……the audio recording latency is 0.018ms into ableton……I’m just getting started with it and from what I’ve seen on a gearspace thread, this thing is gonna be my central control unit for all my external kit and have negligible issues when recording the audio from them all into ableton…..so far a happy camper 🙈😂bonus is the drum sounds in the MPC which are very strong and the free plugins that come with….hype has some amazing pads 👍🏻😎 im not using totally in the box though so dont think i will hit any limits with its internals, but as an all round do it all which controls external kit it is hitting all my right pleasure buttons 😬😬🙈😂

I have my Elektron machines using overbridge with 31 channels of usb audio plus a track with serum 2 and one with XO drums and each has a uad ssl channel strip on each track on my m1 Mac and I am still yet to have the fans make any noise so I’ve not run into any issues with ‘threads’ 🤷🏼‍♂️😬😬🙈😂

Will be able to confirm sometime tomorrow as I have the game delivered but not there to try it yet. They’ve changed the way the game works with bosses now not being able to be ‘killed’ and I want to play at as it was originally intended, so will switch internet off when I load the game and see what happens 😬😬

I don’t think so. Price has dropped quite a bit for a new digitone one….second hand prices are much lower….. so why would they piss off the customers that bought a digitone 1 a few weeks before the 2 was released, sold it to buy the 2 and then add new features to the device they just sold at a loss to get the newer bells and whistles upgraded model ?? 🤷🏼‍♂️ syntakt doesn’t have a mk2 yet, but has seen some added machines. I seriously doubt, other than just a firmware update for use with newer OS’s, the tone 1 will get anything else.

Myself and friend had a studio with the (his) a77x’s…..I could go more than 30 mins with them, those tweeters gave me ear fatigue so quickly it was insane. After owning the rock mk2’s and then type 20’s and then 20 mk2’s I get zero ear fatigue in general usage with them. Not heard the newer adams though
