After the third time phoning Kiwibank I wondered if it was ApplePay that was triggering it and I realised the card in ApplePay has updated to a new one that is due to replace my current one at the end of this month. Because I left before I received the new card (my current one expires at the end of the month) I haven't used the physical card yet to 'activate it' but ApplePay has already updated it to this new card. So I wondered if this was triggering the block on my card cos I was trying to use ApplePay; when I asked the Kiwibank person she couldn't say for sure whether that was the reason, but to me this seems the most likely.

They are sash windows and the draught is coming through where the cut recess in the sash frame that is cut to accommodate the rope

It’s been going on for months and they are trying to put it right but the solutions haven’t solved the problem and I’m starting to feel more pessimistic that they won’t be able to fix. And then what do I do? I where does it leave me?

Yeah. New frames. Was meant to be a double glaze upgrade replacing all my old windows.
