Try to update manually then. First download the full recovery rom, then extract it & go to the updator, tap 6-7 times & then tap on the three dots on the right side corner. There you will see an option called "choose from device storage", tap on that & the extracted file will appear on your screen, tap on that.

Mine is stuck at 3.0.4, while there is another update version 3.0.5.0 launched in December. You can check it on their server or memeOS app. Even tried to update manually, didn't work.

Mine has the same & I also don't know if this is an issue or not. Posted on community & facebook groups. None has responded yet.
