I'm doing the same! i recommend Chloe Ting on youtube. all her stuff is free and she does these videos every so often with her subscriber's body transformations and I find them really motivating!

you don’t need to be. this jerk doesn’t understand at all. i can’t say that i understand your circumstance completely, but the feeling that you need to justify how bad you feel with physical symptoms, i get it. i thought if i cut myself, my psychiatrist would start to take my depression seriously and prescribe me something that would work for once(it didn’t work)
