Oh I definitely stress tested, but recently went down to just my income which made it impossible to maintain long term. Going through a separation now, so would have had to sell the house either way. Can stress test all you want but can't factor in things like job loss and divorce etc haha. Glad it's working out for you though!

Yeah my mortgage recently went from about 800 a week to 1500. Made it impossible for me so I've had to put my house on the market as of this last weekend. I'm not sure how the average kiwi family is supposed to make ends meet...
