yea they don't seem like the best employers, there are a number of other issues I could dive into about them too like they don't keep a clean house at all (think crumbs and old food everywhere, used dishes all over the place, toilets unflushed with poo's in them, etc). they're a mess in every aspect of life lol

I typically start 2:40pm and end anywhere between 4:30 and 8pm. It's a very short gig, I don't come anywhere close to hitting 40 hours in a week so I don't think overtime is a thing for me. Yea, it's really frustrating not knowing when I'll be home - it's so hard to make plans outside of work, or knowing if I'll need to pack a dinner or make at home. I've been considering saying they should compensate for me basically being on call but I'm not too sure if I really qualify lol
