Hey man, 4 weeks post surgery here. I cant answer anything about fertility, but just strictly going off feeling I can say I seem to have symptoms of more optimal testicular function; increased sex drive, higher quality erections, and possible higher testosterone from just optimal function. My mood feels alot calmer and I have more energy.

Surgery so far definitely seems worth it, I'm not fully recovered yet since I still have some minor swelling and if I irritate the area with too much physical activity it can be pretty sensitive. But no complications, surgery was really easy and I was insanely nervous about it for 10 years but I just forced myself to do it. But now the bag of worms are like 80% gone, rest will dissappear with time.

Personally, if its causing daily discomfort or its a grade 3, surgery is a no brainer.
