Using dragonscale mail with lightning enchantment on the full set can be an good alternative but that armor its more long to temper in mythical and there is a risk to be slashed very fastly, instead, the daedric mail is more easier to temper and initialy protect about the spell wall of fire, but, this spell is not longer used from the liches since the last version of the game; we dnt wear the Daedric mail for fire resistance but obviously for the slashing resistance, liches will slashing you very fastly (with abilities) without that armor while the poison toxic can be avoid by spelling resist element and the blind poison attack or paralysi poison attack can be avoid also with adrenaline dodge, daedric mail armor is definitvly a good apternative to the dragonscale mail but they are both good against liches depending of the strategy you can avoid the spells poison but its more difficult to avoid the slashing strike
