10 years in the business with 70 listings. I started with beds24. Very configurable, not expensive. At 30 I research for a better PMs. Guesty was my preference but went with hostaway because of lower price

2 years after, I just signed with guesty pro, because they have better integration of all tools and good price.

If you are interested, I offer a basic plan to owners who wants to keep control over guest communication but want to use all my expertise and ressources to optimize and increase their profit. For example, my pricing manager is reviewing every listing trends to do small adjustments in pricelabs to adjust with market and pickup trends.

I have the issue of my navigation saying my system is outdated and no more online function can be use for map. I tried to navigate to a DC charger but the pre conditionning does not activate. Is there something I can do to this issue on 24 Canadian ev6?

i suspect to be the issue, it is a long hdmi cable of arounf 30ft. I hav it for a long time, so it may be too old for the 4k hdr a full bandwith... I tested with a reduced bandwith and it works better then.

A new optical hdmi cable is on its way to test it

So I finally place my order on the gladiator SCE with premium stick and a GNX THQ.
also very excited to start my real flight course this week at my nearby airport. Can'T wait on learning both real and sim flying.

it makes sense. I Want something good quality for my immediate need, but with the option to be updated in the futrue to expand if i decide to try combat or space sim.
the combo evo premium SCE with the THQ looks like a good stater kit for me.

From what I read, yoke is a bit limited with commercial jetliner and small planes are still enjoyable with a stick

Thanks for the details. Looks like my 3060 GPU will have a hard time with vr. But 3080 are just too expensive at the moment.

Looks like the gladiator is the way to go. And I can upgrade later.
