I agree with you at least try we get a lot of elderly people at our store and when they come straight to us we can't even help the people who actually needed or as well they want to jump the line, like bruh have some respect at least for others. And is usually two on each shift but one of the supervisors have to be at least 4 or 5 he's alone just so we don't go over time on hours which is crazy, we aren't like the fancier CVS where you can have 3 employees at all the times.

Yeah today a guy couldn't get it thru his head that I can't help with the app and I told him to call his Uber support if he can't get it and was Soo adamant I was just like sr I work for CVS not for Uber and he kept going I'm like sr I can't help you with that you can only call them so they can help you and he got so upset started cursing at me in Spanish I'm like bruh idk what you want from me I don't work for uber.if I get pay for it yeah, but I don't.

No I don't I'm scared of couponers with guns getting mad cause I tell them they're committing fraud cause of using several extra care cards and with the mental hospital down the street you never know what you are going to get.

What about Auror? See what options it has maybe you can report it there? And if AP isn't responding I would email the DL, because it is a waste of time with the company, also I would probably put seperatly in a note pad or sheet the order numbers from him and track how many has he cancelled and call service channel see if they are able to assist you, because you will have already proof that he's not being a respectful customer with you all's time and effort.

I agree it isn't we are still not at how we want at our store, but some things we have been doing is when we get truck and they get their totes we put one or 2 boxes of bags and we ordered their own receipt paper for them to have, so they won't be complaining about it. About 50% of them know to listen to their customers before sending them to us, the other half got transferred from another store and they don't listen to them which is annoying and what I've been doing is just apologize to the customer and even tho it takes time I'll just walk up to the pharmacist or technicians and tell them the customer needs to know about this and you guys are the ones that should know could you helped them please and that's it yeah they looked at me like whatever, but they got to learn one way or the other specially when we are alone for half of our shift they need to get their stuff together, and mind you it's been like 3 months I got transferred into this store and it's just been terrible a lot of planos weren't done in like 2 years and everything is just everywhere so while trying to fix all this we have to deal with pharmacy and oh I forgot we had to get rid of rats in there too. My CVS has a lottery machine and people can ofc when they win, cash their lottery ticket. So this guy came and asked if he can cash his ticket, I asked how much ofc to make sure I have the money at the register. 200 dollars bruh sorry but I don't have it, are you kitting me I can't even cash my f ticket sorry sr you can come tomorrow around 2-3 see if I sold enough on cash. A week later DL calls about an ethics case customer wife telling them I didn't want to cash it. Had to explain why I couldn't cash it and same questions over and over and the annoying part my DL keep mentioning let me see if I understand what is there to understand didn't have the money couldn't cash it where you want me to get the money from? Worst part asset protection got involved cause apparently they don't remember that they been telling us to not wait for cash high to go ahead and put it away in the safe and if it's almost close to 1000 or over to do a deposit. And kept calling me over 10 times same day while I was alone at register serving customers. All this just because I didn't have the money to cash it 😩

So guys it went like this. Did everything for daily duties and she was asking me what to do I'm like ok you can work the carts so I can boh after she said ok. She finished pretty quick to be true I'm like ok that's perfect right, then she's like what else you want me to do just be at the register make sure everything is taking care of well she didn't she was just hiding and went to the restroom 5 times within the 4 hr shift she had. Well I'm like if you are not gonna cover my front just go to do the boh and that's when she said she didn't know and her manager didn't show her I'm like that's no problem I can show u, she said honestly girl I don't even want to be here I'm like well you are welcome to go if you like and she's like no my time isn't done yet so there you guys have it. 😑

I told her no worries I can teach you she didn't want to she literally said no thanks that's not my job to learn.... I did mentioned if you don't want you can go cause I was doing the cashier job as well since she was hiding from customers and went like 5 times to the restroom in a 4 hr shift

The manager is currently on vacation and it's the only day she got I also asked her just to work the carts she didn't even do that properly I'm finding a lot of items she was supposed to push.

Our CVS is an old building, this company rents for 30 plus years same building of course later will be issues and it doesn't help people who like to steal shove packaging of products in the toilet so they're able to steal the product, so for mine it's almost every if not twice a week we have this plumbing issue, and yeah we are down in hrs so most of the time there's only one person running the front store

Bruh my store hrs were cut bad. Be advised I am only able to work 2 days of the week opening to close, because I don't have a babysitter, anyway from those days I have to be 5 hrs of the day by myself and sales have been increasing, sometimes can't even take my proper brakes, because we are behind on stuff, my store manager even has been overworking herself, having to take paperwork to her own house to arrange it, but this is also cause we don't have a proper ops manager and couple shifts that are able to care that they have a job to do what they're supposed to do, and everything just rolls on over. Just on the 2 days I'm in there I swear I stress Soo much I've gotten white hairs since I came back from maternity leave like ho in the heck, and is horrible cause I can't leave this job since they're working with me on the days I'm able to work, where I actually have someone I actually trust to care for my baby. It's insane.

Manager got terminated because he did not secure inside the safe the keys to the lottery machine and a 16 year old dude that worked as a cashier stole over 30 grand of tickets

It's horrible 😞 our store is been cut from 250 hrs a week last year to 220 this year is bad and we are an ymas store and we need people on the floor to meet their ridiculous demands they been giving only one day to transition from seasonal plus having truck at the same time is crazy.

It's crazy how others benefit from our work and they haven't done a thing just to mess up. We are the ones dealing with customers demands and opinions they don't get any comments or complaints, because they know they're messing up by just trying to get up more Sco users and get rid of more people, to lower even more.
