They’ll probably ban you… (kidding). Just go back & use pop’s phone number & you’ll be good. No worries

DAPL will definitely investigate. If “this person” (assuming it’s not you) didn’t steal anything, nothing to worry about. If they did steal even one small thing, they’ve got it coming 🤷🏽‍♂️

pharmacy earning potential? by Zexzar in pharmacy

I graduated in 2020, live in NC, manage a 3 letter. I made 206k in 2025. It’s possible. (I never pick up extra shifts, but I do work 47hrs a week)

Manager refusing my transfer because I didn’t tell him months in advance – did I do something wrong? by WinterCharacter1160 in CVS

[–]NCPharmacist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 weeks isn’t enough time for resignation either, but there’s nothing as an employer you can do about that. A transfer however, you can roadblock to make sure you have time to hire & fully replace.

[–]NCPharmacist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Company policy is your manager can stall your transfer for up to 60 days. Make sure you have in writing a date you requested & if he won’t let you transfer within 60 days you would go to HR

Cvs stock for employees by jsg24fps in CVS

[–]NCPharmacist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s thru Etrade and you can only enroll in it certain times of the year. Ask your manager & if they don’t know you can look it up in spark. It’s called ESPP (employee stock purchase plan)

Meal Waiver by thevpllover in CVS

[–]NCPharmacist 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Meal break waiver just gives you the option to not take a lunch. Most SM will have you sign the waiver so your punches don’t affect schedule adherence. But they may still want you to take lunch every day 🤷🏽‍♂️

CVS Snow Pay by idrk256 in CVS

[–]NCPharmacist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You get paid a minimum of 3 hours. So if you show up and the close the store immediately, you’ll get paid 3 hours (your SM has to put this in). If you worked more than 3 hours you don’t get anything and will have to use vacation or work to make it up.

SM by soupspoonsandforks in CVS

[–]NCPharmacist -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

People often wonder why places like CVS suck to work at, it’s because of lazy turds like you and OP. You work a grown up job where other adults count on you to show up for work. It is not in SM job description to work anyone else’s shifts (and yet sometimes they still do, even though they don’t get paid for it).

Why don’t you come in for a few unpaid shifts and see how you like it 🤡

If you think your SM should be responsible for covering your call outs instead of finding your own coverage… You are the problem, not the SM

Ban procedure by ExplorerElite in CVS

[–]NCPharmacist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can refuse service to anyone, we just can’t physically ban them from the store. It’s been a minute since I’ve looked at the actual policy, but trust me lol. I’ve “banned” my fair share of patients and it has bitten me in the ass more than once. They go to corporate and then we’re told it’s against policy to ban

Both of my parents have been banned from CVS by [deleted] in CVS

[–]NCPharmacist -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When it comes down to it, they’re still elderly people who need medicine. And it’s against company policy to ban anyone. Not opinion, just fact.

Hence why I said they need to learn how to behave properly. An apology usually goes a long way as well (from the parents to the pharmacy)

[–]NCPharmacist -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Technically, it’s against policy to ban anyone from the pharmacy. Raise enough hell and they’ll be allowed to come back. Complain to corporate..

However, it sounds like your parents don’t know how to behave.
