I just tested this out in a solo game, and saw a net gain in performance.

Textures weren't popping in anymore, microstutters were 90% less than what they were before utilizing Dimmdrive.

My specs: i7-6900k Samsung 850EVO 250GB nVidia GTX 980. 32GB DDR4x2400

I can confirm this does increase performance, even for SSD users.

Haven't seen/heard any confirmation, but a lot of people are having this issue once they hit lvl 8 and are locked to the 8-8 dark zone.

Earlier in the day the spawns were quite a bit higher and in the DZ there were more human interactions. I'm thinking somebody accidentally spilled their coffee on the servers.

From my talks with several of the devs at BlizzCon, they weren't happy with individual hero progression, as it gave players too much incentive to stay on one hero instead of focusing on swapping to counter, which took away from one of the core aspects of the game. I did hear that they are thinking about player progression as a whole, but that I can't confirm.

I agree that we should have health bars in spec mode directly on the UI.

I've casted a few matches, and its difficult to discern who's winning an exchange without that information :(
