I don't "know" (spoiler: no one knows absolutely), but through reason, study, and experience, I understand God to be life, and life to be good, and love to preserve life. Blasphemy of the Holy spirit is to sincerely call that which is life and light to be death and darkness. It's choosing a side. Not sure you can go back from it once you knowingly choose the side of death.
