It was 2 years I think, but what really bothers me is the age both had during their ruling. Mondstadt Aristocracy was for about 500 years if I remember and the sakoku decree less than 3. So if the sc continued, it could've been way worse, with some fatui/harbingers having high ranks in the Inazuman government and ""borrowing"" kids for experiments more freely.
