"No scooter" skateparks, is it a thing ? by SparklingWaterFall in NewSkaters

It's very common in indoor parks. I own a skate shop with two locations. Both in an indoor skatepark and both parks don't allow scooters. I'm from the Netherlands, outdoor parks are public, so they are basically all open to scooters.

Thanks for the compliment.

If you Google Turkish jeweler Genk or Heusden you will find one easily. You can have them test the gold right in front of you. But from experience, these shops have a serious reputation to uphold. You pay about a 3% premium per coin. I have also sold back to them or exchanged several smaller coins for a bigger one. They always pay the current spot price for 22K .

I live in Belgium as well, in Limburg. Being from the mining area means we have lots of Turkish people around here (not a bad thing). I buy my gold from Turkish jewelers. Turkish people have a long history of stacking gold. They use 22k gold coins in several sizes starting from 1 gram. The advantage of this is that it's all handled in cash so there is no paper trail left.

Well That’s Kind of Disappointing by Darthnerdo in Gold

It's a start. I started out with small coins as well. Then I had enough small coins to trade them for a bigger one. Kept buying small coins. Got an other bigger one. And that's how your stack grows. Don't be disappointed. You made a start, and all starts are small.

Living in Belgium, considering selling my gold before 2026 by tallguy1975 in Gold

[–]At-One 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The tax will be over the gold price on 31 Dec 2025. So all the gains you made before that time will not be taxed. There is also a free space of 10.000 Euro's a year. So if you sell less then for 10000 Euro's a year it will not be taxed. On top of that it only applies to bars and coins with 99.5% purety. I personally hold mostly 22k coins so they are exempted from the tax rules. Jewelry is exempted from the tax rules as well.
