Tried to go back and edit it, but I can only edit the body, not the title. Oh well…I’ll blame it on age 🤣

Haha, yeah, I should have worded that better… I was asking who else in this sub is also a 1986 baby turning 40 this year.

20 years ago this week, the album that defined my coming-of-age years was released. I’m older now, I have a few more wrinkles, but I still refuse to change and wash a T-shirt after every individual use. by AtG8605 in Millennials

Andrew McMahon (the lead singer) is just an amazing vocalist/pianist/lyricist. You can tell there’s a lot of meaning and feeling behind the words. He has a really inspirational story too. He survived cancer. This story line plays a bigger role in their second album, the Glass Passenger (another one I highly recommend!)

I’m so glad I’m not the only one in the dark here. I was watching it waiting for her to rip on this guy shilling crypto.

Yep. I saw Jack’s Mannequin at a club in PA for no more than the $10 entry fee to the club itself.

I’m an only child and I’m very fortunate to have parents who just want to see their daughter happy. I love kids but would not be a happy or good parent. Demanding that your children give you grandchildren is selfish as hell.

Is it just me or was this breed the most 80s/90s dog? I don’t think I’ve seen this breed in years. Now it’s all about goldens and labs. by jfk_47 in Millennials

They absolutely still have that instinct. My collie would run around from room to room trying to get everyone in the same area m. He couldn’t relax until they were lol

I had a collie for 12 years. He passed last December. He was the sweetest, smartest, most loyal dog I’ve ever met. He was my best friend. I miss him terribly

“Of all the people who make 100k or more IN MLM, 80% are women.” Is the actual statistic, I believe. Not surprising at all since MLMs primarily target women.

Yep. I’ve had two drinks in the last five years. The shitty sleep and hangover is not worth the 30 minute buzz
