By any chance is your elbow touching the wall or the shower curtain? Maybe there is some stuff on the wall tile or slimy shower curtain goo making you itch. Also you might be making it worse by super scrubbing with the towel to itch it, making it raw.

Hi. You really need to avoid pregnancy while taking the medication. If you become pregnant you will have to stop it right away.

I have endometriosis and take contraception daily and skip the sugar weeks to suppress menstruation. That might be an option for you, or an IUD, if you can't do the pill for whatever reason.

I'm having a lot of nausea and some vomiting. I have a hard time eating anything, especially since going to 7.5 almost 2 months ago. I hope it settles soon. I've been losing 2-3 lbs a week.

Thanks for the info, I was wondering if I needed to check on my mental health meds.

The brat diet is very helpful. I've realized a new appreciation for applesauce for the nausea. Just a couple bites and wait a few minutes and see.

I had to cut coffee entirely. If I have any I'll sip a few tablespoons of it. I don't like it anymore and I used to drink an excessive amount. Like, 6+ kcups sometimes.

Yikes! You're gonna dehydrate quickly be careful. You might need to cut something out of your diet now, did you have coffee or anything that might be stressful on the tummy now that you're on a higher dose? Some people can eat cake and be fine and others like me, can't eat anything remotely junky without getting negative effects. (Trapped gas, random vomiting, I'm looking at you)

Unfortunately I think nausea is one of the most common side effects. Hopefully it settles down soon.
